There is no late game here by design: you win early or not at all. Simple enough to teach in one sentence and the easiest entry point into competitive-flavored Lorcana.

A wide board of Disney princesses that simply out-quests you. Amber brings cheap questers, healing, and songs; Sapphire adds card draw, ramp, and high-lore finishers. You put down more questers than the other deck can remove, lean on two locations that make lore on their own, and dig for another threat with Be Our Guest when they try to clear you out. Every character is from Frozen: Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, Sven, and Hans, the whole Arendelle cast. Mechanically it is a patient control deck of high-willpower characters that are hard to knock off the board, quest every turn, and close with Elsa - Spirit of Winter. Hans - Noble Scoundrel is the card opponents always underestimate, two lore a turn from a character that looks harmless.
