How much finishing work goes in depends on the tier you pick. Fresh Pull comes off the printer with a light clear-coat spray and nothing else, so layer lines are still visible. Hand-Finished and above are sanded down to remove as many layer lines and artifacts as possible, then primed, painted in the color (or colors) of your choice, and sealed with epoxy. Either way, if you want to paint the mug yourself, the prep work is already done.
Do not drink straight from these. 3D prints have layer lines that are hard to clean properly and will grow bacteria. Coatings go on the outside for finish, durability and feel, never as a food surface. I can coat the inside of a cup on request, but be aware that this can affect the inner dimensions, most importantly the threads of the lid.
Fresh off the printer, a Mythic Mug will fit a 473ml / 16.9oz, 440ml / 12.7oz, 375ml / 12oz or 355ml / 12oz can.
