Product policies & care
Every Mythic Mug is 3D printed and finished by hand. Minor variation in layer lines, seam placement, and color saturation is normal and part of the handmade character.
All sales are final 48 hours after delivery confirmation. Every made-to-order piece is printed, finished, and packed for you specifically, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been delivered and the 48-hour grace window has closed. If anything arrives damaged or defective, report it within the window and we’ll replace or refund at our cost — full terms in our return policy.
Mugs are display and dice pieces. They are not drinkware, and nothing here is intended for drinking from directly. The coating depends on the finish you pick: Fresh Pull gets a light clear-coat spray, and Hand-Finished and above are sealed with epoxy. Handwash only; not microwave, dishwasher, or freezer safe.
