Product policies & care
Every Mythic Mug is 3D printed and finished by hand. Minor variation in layer lines, seam placement, and color saturation is normal and part of the handmade character.
All sales are final 48 hours after delivery confirmation. Every made-to-order piece is printed, finished, and packed for you specifically, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been delivered and the 48-hour grace window has closed. If anything arrives damaged or defective, report it within the window and we’ll replace or refund at our cost — full terms in our return policy.
Mugs are not intended to be drank from directly. Food-safe resin is applied to the exterior to improve finish and durability. Handwash only; not microwave, dishwasher, or freezer safe.
