Lightly Played (LP) Condition — Disclosed Upfront
Every pre-built deck we sell is sourced in Lightly Played (LP) condition or better. LP cards may show minor wear consistent with careful play: small edge wear, minor surface marks, or slight corner softening. All cards are authentic, game-legal, and ship double-sleeved in Dragon Shield matte sleeves.
Because LP condition is disclosed before purchase and the card game market recognizes it as a standard condition tier, we do not accept returns on pre-built decks for condition reasons alone.
When We Accept Returns or Replacements
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Wrong deck or wrong cards shipped — our packing error.
- Package damaged in transit — carrier error (contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos).
- Card condition significantly below LP — e.g., heavy creases, visible ink damage, counterfeits, or water damage not disclosed in the listing (contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos).
- Missing cards from a sealed deck — very rare but we cover it.
- Order never arrived — contact us if tracking shows stalled movement for more than 10 business days.
Made-to-Order (Mythic Mugs)
Because each MTO product is custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or change-of-mind.
We cover:
- Printing defects (layer shifts, warping, missing features, structural failure)
- Wrong color or design shipped (our error)
- Damage during shipping (carrier error)
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Product safety: Mythic Mugs and 3D printed accessories are decorative. They are not food-safe, not dishwasher-safe, and not intended for hot liquids or children's use unless a listing explicitly says so.
How to Request a Refund
- Email orders@aftermidnighttavern.com within the applicable window (48 hours for shipping damage, 30 days for card condition issues)
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method
After Midnight Makers LLC is a Washington State company and honors Washington consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any non-waivable rights you have under state or federal consumer protection statutes.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. If the package cannot be located, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
