Who We Are

After Midnight Tavern is a trade name (DBA) of After Midnight Makers LLC, a Washington State limited liability company. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and After Midnight Makers LLC. By placing an order or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Products

After Midnight Tavern sells pre-built trading card game decks and made-to-order 3D printed products (Mythic Mugs, dice cups, charms, and accessories).

  • Pre-built decks contain authentic, individually-sourced trading cards in Lightly Played (LP) condition unless otherwise stated. We do not sell counterfeit or reproduction cards. Cards are the intellectual property of their respective game publishers; our product is the curated and sleeved deck, not the underlying card designs.
  • Made-to-order products are custom 3D printed in your selected filament color. Each piece is unique with minor variations inherent to FDM printing, including minor layer lines, slight color variation between batches, and individual surface textures.
  • Tournament legality — We curate decks to be legal in the format stated at time of listing (Core or Infinity for Disney Lorcana). Game publishers may change legality, ban cards, or rotate sets after purchase. We are not responsible for changes in tournament legality made after the time of sale.
  • Product safety (3D printed items) — Mythic Mugs and accessories are decorative items made from PLA or PETG plastic. They are not food-safe, not dishwasher-safe, and not intended to hold hot liquids, acidic foods, or baby/infant items unless a specific listing explicitly says so. They should not be used as children's toys.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout
  • Orders are confirmed via email with an order number
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if inventory is unavailable (full refund issued)

Made-to-Order Cancellations

Because MTO products are custom-made to your specifications:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement (before production begins)
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted
  • We will notify you if there are any issues with your order before proceeding

Shipping

  • We ship to US addresses via USPS First Class
  • Pre-built decks ship within 3-5 business days
  • Made-to-order items ship within 5-7 business days
  • Tracking information is provided via email once shipped

  • Card decks: No returns (LP condition is disclosed upfront)
  • MTO products: No returns (custom-made items), but we cover errors and shipping damage
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a full refund or replacement

Intellectual Property

Trading cards contained in pre-built decks are the intellectual property of their respective game publishers (Disney, Ravensburger, Wizards of the Coast, and others). After Midnight Tavern is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. Our product is the curated and sleeved deck — a service of selection, sourcing, and presentation — not the underlying card artwork or game rules.

3D designs used in Mythic Mugs products are licensed from their respective creators. Purchasing a printed product does not grant rights to the underlying 3D model files, and you may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the designs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE HELD TO BE LEGALLY INVALID. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

For physical products, our sole warranty is that items shipped will match what was ordered and arrive in the condition disclosed at time of sale. Claims must be made per our Returns Policy.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFTER MIDNIGHT MAKERS LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM US. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless After Midnight Makers LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the website or products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For substantial changes that affect existing orders, we will honor the terms in effect at the time of your purchase.
